Established in 2022, Strong Island Women
​or S.I.W. ("Strong Island" is a nickname for Long Island, NY) is a Long Island based women empowerment group of like-minded women from all walks of life (ages 35+). We cultivate the girl's girl mindset, build a more positive, supportive, and true friendship connection and attend exclusive LI events in community.

​Strong Island Women Events focus on the ARTS, Health and Wellness, Entertainment, Spirituality, Travel, Nature/The Outdoors, and Fundraising. We visit museums, historic mansions, arboretums, state parks, vineyards, and dine and socialize at the best venues L.I. has to offer.
